| An OC-3What is an OC-3? An OC-3 is a type of internet connection. It stands for OpticalCarrier Level 3 which equates to 155.52 Mbps of transfer. This base rate is multiplied for use by other OC-n standards. For example, an OC-3 connection is 3 times the rate of OC-1.
