We can transfer your hosting account for you! We will transfer your hosting account from your previous hosting provider to your new hosting account with our service. This includes website content and databases. It does not include any email, web stats or special server-based services.
Please be sure to leave your account active with your previous hosting provider until your account transfer is completed and the domain is pointed to our services.
Once you are signed up with one of our hosting plans, please fill out the following transfer request form and we will be happy to transfer your website for you. Please include all your account details with your previous provider possible.
Note: Free website account transfers are not available for the free hosting plan. In such a case you may select 500MBs transfer size or upgrade your plan to one of our paid plans.
